The first season of Indian IdolJuniorstarted June1 on Sony with 11 contestants and the finale of the show is expected to be grand on Sep 1.
Since its start,IndianIdol Juniorhas created waves across the nation and now the thrill is at the peak to know the winnerof the first ever title. The judges of the show are Shreya Ghosal and music composer duo Vishal and Shekhar, whereas Karan Wahi and Mandira Bedi are the hosts of the show.
Four little kids have entered into the first edition ofIndian Idol Juniorwith sheer dedication and hard work and now with more enthusiasm and heavy practice, they are aiming at the coveted title of the first Indian Idol Junior of the nation.
Four contestants fighting for the title are:
Anmol Jaswal from Jammu
Nirvesh Sudhanshubhai Dave from Ahmedabad
Anjana Padmanabhan from Bengaluru
Debanjana Karmakar from Kolkata
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan will make a special appearance on the show to declare the winnerof the hugely popular singing reality series and hand over the trophy to the first Indian Idol Juniorof our nation.
“Zanjeer” stars Priyanka Chopra and Ram Charan Teja will also be seen on the finale day to promote their upcoming film. Shahid Kapoor too will entertain the audience with his presence and promote his upcoming film “Phata Poster Nikla Hero”.
Apart from the performances by the topfinalists, there will be other entertaining acts too.
